Gomersall Motorsport was founded in 2023 by Jason Gomersall. A respected driver and team owner within the Australian motorsport community. The team made its debut in the 2023 Super 2 Series, entering a two-car programme with Gomersall and third-generation driver Aaron Seton at the helm.

In 2024, the team expanded into the Australian GT4 Series, fielding entries for Jake Camilleri, Glenn Walker, and a shared car driven by Jason Gomersall & Aaron Seton.

The 2025 season marked a milestone year for the team. Running the same three-car operation in the Australian GT4 Series, Gomersall Motorsport secured the Silver-Am GT4 Drivers Championship and delivered Ford’s first GT4 championship victory worldwide. On top of that, Gomersall Motorsport also took out back-to-back Class A2 honours at the Bathurst 6 Hour & finished third on the outright podium.

Looking ahead, 2026 marks an exciting chapter as the team targets back-to-back Silver-Am GT4 Championships while continuing its upward trajectory across all three classes of Australian GT4 racing. The team will also return to the Bathurst 6 Hour, aiming to climb further up the outright podium and secure a third consecutive class victory.
